Return policy
ToolsVolt accepts return requests within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not return a product to the manufacturer or to any address before receiving return instructions from us.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. All accessories, labels, manuals, and packing materials included with the product should be returned together.
How to request a return
Email us at support@toolsvolt.com with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos so we can review the issue faster.
Return address and instructions
The return address is not a public return center address and may be different from the shipping address shown on your package. Please wait for written return instructions from ToolsVolt before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may be refused, delayed, or returned to sender.
Items that may not qualify
Used, installed, damaged, altered, or incomplete products may not qualify for a return or refund. Returns sent without contacting us first may be refused or delayed.
Return shipping
If the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product issue, we will help with the next steps. For buyer remorse, wrong item ordered, or compatibility mistakes, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@toolsvolt.com. If the order has already shipped, the return process may apply.
