Shipping policy

ToolsVolt ships genuine branded power tool batteries to eligible U.S. delivery addresses.

Where we ship

We currently ship to physical street addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories or islands, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, freight forwarders, or international addresses. Some remote locations may not be available for lithium-ion battery ground shipping. If you are not sure whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are normally processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

Most eligible U.S. orders are delivered in about 15 days after the order is processed. Delivery time may vary because of carrier routing, weather, holidays, address accuracy, and lithium-ion battery shipping requirements.

Lithium-ion battery shipping

Power tool batteries contain lithium-ion cells. For safety and carrier compliance, some battery orders may need to ship by ground service or other approved battery shipping methods. This can take longer than shipping small non-battery accessories.

Tracking information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Please allow some time for the carrier tracking page to update after the package is shipped.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@toolsvolt.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed or missing packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or shows delivered but cannot be found, please contact us first at support@toolsvolt.com. We will help check the order and carrier information.
